About me

Although I studied Biology and specialized in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology, I have always been very creative and have loved drawing.

Through scientific illustration, drawing animals in a descriptive way, I entered the world of illustration. I started making drawings and illustrating PhD theses covers and little by little I stated making logos, business cards, etc.

This way my passion for design grew, which led me to do a specialization in Graphic Design through CaLARTS “California Institute of the Arts” and a Master in Graphic Design by LABASAD (Barcelona).

Since then I have continued doing some freelance work under the name of “Paula Martin Art” both in Graphic Design and pure illustration.
